Our most popular appointment times fill up quickly, so we recommend booking a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. At booking, an active credit card is required to hold your appointment. New client appointments also require a deposit, which will be applied toward your service.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit to complete intake forms. If you’re running late, give our office a call so we can make adjustments. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, depending on provider availability.

We’re located at 4105 Lake Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009, just below Eden Apartments. Look for us next to JETSET Pilates and Exos.

If you’re using Google or Apple Maps, it may direct you to the opposite end of Lake Street near Eden’s main entrance. For the easiest route, we recommend mapping directly to JETSET Pilates.

We offer free and accessible street and garage parking for your convenience.
