Melissa Wages, RN, is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Wellness Specialist with more than 21 years of nursing experience, including four years in aesthetic medicine. She has a passion for helping her patients feel confident, refreshed, and completely themselves.

Melissa’s clinical background includes 13 years in emergency medicine followed by four years in ambulatory surgery and healthcare administration. She transitioned into aesthetic medicine four years ago, drawn to the opportunity to combine her extensive clinical background with her passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Melissa’s approach to aesthetics is thoughtful and conservative. She believes beautiful results should feel natural and never overdone. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, understand their goals, and create a treatment plan that feels comfortable and appropriate for them.

Her current areas of focus include neuromodulators, medical weight management, and wellness. Just as important to Melissa as the treatment itself is the relationship she builds with each patient. She strives to create an experience where patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in the decisions they make about their care.

When she isn’t treating patients, Melissa loves traveling with her husband, exploring new places and restaurants, spending time with friends, and life with her two daughters, Madison and Emmy. She’s always planning the next adventure—and equally appreciates the rare opportunity for a really good nap.
